Returns and Refunds
We want you to feel confident when shopping with RC RollCraft. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, damaged or faulty products, and refunds are handled.
14-Day Cancellation Right
If you purchase from RC RollCraft online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
How to Request a Return
To request a cancellation or return, please contact RC RollCraft through our Contact page and provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Condition
You may inspect and handle the product as you reasonably would in a physical shop. We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the value of the product has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Where possible, please return the item with its original packaging and any items supplied with it.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless RC RollCraft states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact RC RollCraft as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received, or where applicable proof of return has been provided, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by UK law. Where the statutory cancellation right applies, the standard delivery cost will also be refunded where required.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Where exchanges are available, please contact RC RollCraft before returning the item so we can confirm the appropriate process.
Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale remain covered by applicable statutory consumer rights.
